The NECWEI therefore provides a collective bargaining platform whereby the Employers Association and the Trade Union negotiate and come up with a collective bargaining agreement on issues relating to wages, salaries and every other condition of service. Every year a meeting for negotiations is conducted by NECWEI. Negotiations are conducted yearly by the two social partners.<\/p><p>The NEC Social Partners concluded the 2025 Collective Bargaining Agreement which has been submitted to Ministry of Labour for registration.<\/p><p>All other Collective Bargaining Agreements can be obtained from Printflow or Government Printer and also they can be downloaded from this site.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-903c186 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"903c186\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">II.
